SHOCKER! A REAL LIVE FEDERAL JUDGE, WHO ISN’T PROGRESSIVE! WHERE DID THEY COME UPON SUCH A RARE FIND? WHERE HAD HE BEEN HIDING?

Now I want y’all to remember this name: HENRY HUDSON. This fella may go down in history as one of the smartest men on the planet. Let’s make sure he gets full credit. His complete handle is United States District Court Judge Henry Hudson of the great state of Virginia. Of all the Federal judges in the United States, and there is a bunch and far too dang many, ol’ Henry rose above them all. He is the first! The one and only…so far. Numero Uno!

Henry took it upon himself to DECLARE to all of America, that Barrack “Hussein” Obama’s health plan was unconstitutional! He was the very first

 Federal judge to do so. He understood his decision and he understood the consequences, but the ol’ boy did it anyway. Way to go Henry! All I can say is, “Where have you been and are there more like you?”

Henry said, "The outcome of this case has significant public policy implications, and the final word will undoubtedly reside with a higher court.  He added, "It exceeds the constitutional boundaries of congressional power."

I hope our lame duck, lame jellyfish, or lame whatever Congress is following this and are ACTUALLY understanding that this is exactly what the people, meaning the MAJORITY, of course, WANT.
