1265: SELF DEFENSE FROM THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION NEWS!

Well folks, as of today the justice system in America is still very corrupt. As of this writing Barrack Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Diane Feinstein and a whole host of other corrupt politicians are still unjustly walking free after committing repeated crimes against America and Americans, including murder!

In the last several months, your NRA-ILA reported on important changes to Mississippi's gun laws that were adopted by the state Legislature, signed into law by Governor Phil Bryant (R) and recently ruled on by Attorney General Jim Hood (D).  And now, with less than a week before House Bill 2 takes effect, a handful of anti-gun Senators and certain law enforcement groups are publicly calling for reconsideration or repeal of this new law when Mississippi legislators convene a special session on Medicaid tomorrow.
An alarm installed in a tool shed alerted a homeowner in Dallas, Texas to a burglary in progress on his property. The homeowner retrieved a gun, went outside to the shed and ordered the criminal, who had been attempting to steal a weed eater, to stop where he was. When the burglar did not comply, the homeowner -- fearful for his own safety and that of his family -- fired, striking the criminal multiple times. Despite suffering from gunshot wounds, the burglar managed to hop a fence and flee a half-mile to his apartment. However, once there the criminal’s family called 911 and he was discovered by authorities and taken to a local hospital. An investigation revealed that the criminal has a previous burglary conviction.
The lawsuit filed by the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association and several individual plaintiffs -- including Assemblyman Bill Nojay, R-Monroe County -- contends in part that the SAFE Act infringes on New Yorkers' Second Amendment rights because it impedes their ability to defend themselves in their own homes.
After an emotional meeting in which people lined the walls and overflowed from the City Council chamber, Highland Park officials voted this week to ban assault weapons in their community.Gun enthusiasts said the ordinance would not stop crime — except by making criminals out of responsible rifle owners. Others applauded the move as helping protect the city against tragedies.
Michael Bloomberg’s gun control group sent a city employee to register as a lobbyist in Nevada on state-based firearms issues, a use of government resources that raises further questions about the relationship between the city and the mayor’s self-funded 501(c)(4).
Certain environmental and anti-hunting organizations have misrepresented the provisions and effects of HR 1825.  The bill protects hunting and wildlife conservation on Bureau of Land Management and National Forest lands while reaffirming other prior Congressional actions enacted to protect hunting and wildlife conservation.
H.R. 1825 Recognizes the rightful place of recreational hunting, fishing, and shooting on Federal lands managed by the US Forest Service (193 million acres) and the Bureau of Land Management (245 million acres). It also directs the US Forest Service (USFS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to facilitate the use of and access to the lands they manage for recreational hunting, fishing and shooting. It also ensures sound scientific management of wildlife and their habitat.
