Hey guys. Hope all is well with y’all. Look, I want to talk very seriously for a minute or two. It’s about where we are headed and what we can do to help insure, that America will get back to normal. We have to start thinking TOUGH! We have to put aside NORMAL thinking. We have to reign in our HEART STRINGS. We have to think like our ENEMIES do, without, performing acts like they do. We stay away from or ignore folks that like the “BUTS”! You know the ones. My Congressman has made a few mistakes, BUT…. I know he’s an attorney, BUT… Sure, he supports Obama, BUT… Yes, he has been in office for twenty years, BUT… He used to be that way, BUT… Of course, I could go on forever, but you get where I’m going with this. No more “BUTS”! It’s kind of like buying a length of
 rope to climb mountains with, flaws will not do. We need just the REAL DEALS! We do not need HAS BEENS with flaws! Those days are over and so is that kind of thinking.

Okay, we know about the “incumbents” or as I like to refer them, “THE SQUATTERS”. We know about the sitting crooks like Frank, Reid, Holder, Gietner, Pelosi, Dorn, Stern, Ayers, MAM Boxer, Brown, Waters, Waxman, and you know all the rest. We know about George Soros and most of his bunch, thanks to Glen Beck. We know about the unions and there BOSSES and what they are doing to our country. Yes, we know all of this and more, but folks are still saying, “BUT”.

So we know WHO to avoid, but our plan has to be much broader than that. We need to know what type of groups we need to avoid, and that my friends, is the purpose of this article. What groups of people do we avoid to have a safer and more secure government?

First, we have to avoid ALL attorneys. No, don’t you dare! Don’t you dare try to throw a “BUT” in there! I have been saying this for years and now it’s time for me to get TOUGH and you too. Think about this. If we had not ELECTED a single attorney, in the history of our government, would we be better off? If we had only elected folks from THE HEART of American workers, would we be better off? If we had only elected folks, who were stable and knew what debt and bills were, would we be better off? How about folks, who knew about budgets and knew about raising families, would we be the better for it? If we had elected folks, who knew about traditions, who gave up three, four, five, six years or more of their lives and served in our military, would we be better off? What about folks, who worshipped and prayed to a LOVING GOD and not a KILLING god, WOULD WE BE BETTER OFF? You know the answer! Now, are you willing to get TOUGH and quit throwing “BUTS” into everything?

Now let me emphasize my point. Did you know, that Barrack Hussein Obama is an attorney? Did you know that Michelle Obama was an attorney until she got disbarred? Did you know that Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, John Edwards, and Elizabeth Edwards are attorneys? Did you know that every Democrat nominee since 1984 went to law school, even Al Gore, but he did not graduate? Big surprise there. Did you know that every Democrat vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school? Oh, wait a minute there is more! Look at leaders of the Democrat Party in Congress, Harry Reid is an attorney and, everybody’s sweetheart, the ever hand waving, Nancy Pelosi is an attorney too.

Guys, it is as plain as the nose on your mug, ATTORNEYS DO NOT MAKE GOOD LEADERS! C’mon, DROP the “BUTS” already! Stay the heck away from attorneys, when electing your REPRESENTATIVES! They are no good for America, except in an advisory capacity only! See, I gave a little. Attorneys are fine for advice, but lousy to lead! The leaders need and HAVE TO BE folks like you and me or we do not change a dang thing! Yes, that is the bottom line! The ultimate decisions HAVE TO rest on the shoulders of honest Americans. And no, I do not believe any attorney is completely honest enough to lead. They have only one goal and that is to WIN! Guilty or innocent, right or wrong, and compassion has nothing to do with their goal.

Okay, I won’t leave the Republicans out. Bush - businessman, Cheney - businessman, Newt Gingrich - history professor, Tom Delay – exterminator, Dick Armey – economist, - John Boehner - plastic manufacturer - Bill Frist - heart surgeon. Who was the last Republican president, who was an attorney? It was Gerald Ford, who left office 33 years ago.

The United States has 5% of the world's population and 66% of the world's attorneys! Tort (Legal) reform legislation has been introduced in congress several times in the last several years to limit punitive damages, such as in huge medical malpractice lawsuits.. We’ve seen ridiculous lawsuits such as spilling hot coffee on yourself and suing the establishment that sold it to you. This legislation has continually been blocked from even being voted on by the Democrat Party. When you see that 97% of the political contributions from the American Trial Lawyers Association go to the Democrat Party, then you realize who is responsible for our medical and product costs being so outrageous.

Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives. America has a place for laws and attorneys, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked. When the most important decision for a president, is whom they will appoint to the Supreme Court, the role of attorneys and the law in America is too darn big. Also, when House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing and way too FAR REACHING.

Remember, we are REALLY in the fight of our lives and our children’s lives! In fact, we are in a fight for the freedom of ALL our decedents from this day forward! Is it really time to be timid? Is it really time to keep picking out one or two here and your neighbor picks out his one or two and their neighbors pick out their one or two AND WE ARE BACK WHERE WE STARTED? Or is it time to RECOGNIZE the groups that are causing most of the problems and avoid them like the plague (as far as government is concerned)? C’mon, you know the answer! Don’t you dare let that heart bleed! Don’t you DARE say, “BUT JOHN…”

Oh yeah, one more thing. Attorneys? Please don’t comment and say, “BUT John, I am an honest attorney.” I don’t care! Attorneys are a HUGE problem and a very big part of what’s wrong with America. You have showed us that we CANNOT TRUST YOU, now show us that we can, by helping us get America back to the Constitution. No, not your version of the Constitution! The PEOPLE’S version of the Constitution. Got a deal for you. You help us get back on track and then we will look at ya again.
