GEORGE WASHINGTON APOLOGIZES TO QUEEN!

Now it has been proven, beyond any doubt, that George Washington actually apologized for our revolution against England. Yes, he did, he really did! This stuff is gettin' real juicy! Where do they get this stuff? Hey, but this time, they, the historians at Berkley University, are right. It appears that a few hundred secret letters of George Washington's have been discovered. The letters were between him and the Queen of England. The letters repeatedly stated several apologies for the American Revolution, but there is more. The same University, went on to say that Abraham Lincoln did the same thing, during his Presidency. Yeah, Ol' honest Abe himself. It seems that, this University found handwritten material, signed by Mr. Lincoln which confirmed their findings on this, also. What, in God's name, did either George Washington or Abraham Lincoln, have to apologize for? For giving us this great country? For protecting it? For opposing human slavery? For helping establish a Rule of Law that has served us so well? What? Why? This comes as a shock to most folks, after all the sacrifice our past patriotic soldiers went through, to secure our freedom, from tyranny. I guess, even back then, once a politician...........always a politician, huh? Good gosh, are we founded on lies and deception?

NO WE ARE NOT! I was just "yankin' your chain", "bustin' your chops", "mashin' your taters", you know? Just kiddin'! None of this is true, at least, not of George Washington or Abe Lincoln. No, those two fellas knew what America was about. They stood tall and served proud. They were RESPECTED. They projected America's Dignity. Now today, on the other hand, our fearless leader, bows, yes bows, to a corrupt king. Giggles, grins, and plays cozy with murderers and thugs! Has tea with terrorists! Appoints some of the most unscrupulous "cabinet members" ever! Brags about how "he" swiftly handled the Somali Pirates, when the facts do not represent this, at all! Does nothing to stop the flow of illegal aliens (legal democratic voters)! Slowly and METHODICALLY breaks our country! Does not show PROOF that he is, indeed, a natural American citizen! Completely ignores the highly suspected, illegal activities of ACORN, ACLU, RAINBOW COALITION, liberal judges, or even his own cabinet members. Does not get any additional troop support from his so-called foreign buddies! Heck, Barney Fite could've done better than that! Anyway, after all of this, Hussein Obama, has the gall, the audacity, the ARROGANCE, to apologize for the "arrogance" of America, OUR country. My country! And I was born in Waco, Texas and I have the birth documentation to prove it! Do you Mr. O? If so, go ahead and show it. Prove it to all of America, or, at least, have the decency and integrity to resign. I do not think that is to much to ask on behalf of the men and women that have fought or are fighting to keep us free. Is it? Commander in Chief? Please STEP-UP!

Do you ever think, what is the final thing that makes you decide to elect a leader? What one thing is uppermost in your mind? These are folks that are going to represent you and your country for quite a while. Is it their "looks"? Some folks, that study this sort of thing, say it is. Can you believe that? Looks. How about the way they talk? Do they talk "smart"? Do they talk "smooth"? Do you vote for attorneys? Is that it? How 'bout former politicians? Do they do it for you? Education? Is that it? Would you elect one based on "street smarts?" Oh, and I guess we could throw in skin color, hair color, trimmed nails, nice clothes, good shoes, how many babies they hold, tractors they sit on, nails they hammer, disabilities, war record, drug use, musical ability, the way they dance, golfer, fisherman, their dog, college, business, friends, and almost any thing else you can think of. Yeah, some folks have some weird ways of deciding on who will REPRESENT them. It's almost like trying out for a movie part instead of a government office. Of course, some of these are important, but most are silly. "Sand" is what is important to me. Yeah, it's definitely "Sand."

If you know who John Wayne is and have watched some of his movies, well, just about all of his characters, had "Sand". "Sand" is kind of a "measure" of a man or woman. It tells you who they are. It gives you that "down in th' gut" feelin' that this guy or gal is okay. They're "stand-up", and you know you can count on them to "step-up" in tough times. Here is how I kinda try to explain "Sand". Let's say that your standing in a back alley in the middle of the night. You just realized that you are boxed-in and need to go back from where you came. You turn around and there before you are four thugs holding pipes and chains with hate in their eyes. You know you will have to fight them all to survive. And in this story, there is absolutely no other way. The thugs walk slowly toward you trying to terrify you as much as they can before they beat you to death. You begin to look around for any kind of weapon. A rock, a brick, a pipe, a board, a piece of glass, anything, but all you see is a bum that is huddled up in a corner. Suddenly the bum get's up and speaks, "Hey, fellas? If you want a piece of him, then you want a piece of me." He smiles at me and winks. The thugs shout a few obscenities and keep coming. The bum pulls a long piece of pipe out from under his coat and says, "Okay, if that's the way it's gotta be, then that's the way it's gotta be. Now quit jawin' and let's get it on. Oh, but one other thing, one, maybe two, of you is gonna be dead when this is over. You have my promise on that."

Who wins? It doesn't matter. The important thing is that the bum had "Sand"! He didn't even know me. He could've just laid there. He knew it to. After all, nobody pays attention to a bum, do they? He could have "played it safe". I was just another guy, just another American. A fellow citizen. This guy ROSE to the occasion. We stood together, arm to arm, facing our problem without wavering. And this is the last thing I think of before voting in that voting booth. Do they have "Sand"? Would they be my "bum"? Yeah, maybe education and PRACTICAL (not political) experience is important, but "Sand" is the most important to me.

Now, you gotta ask yourself, does Obama really have "Sand"? How about Nancy Pelosi? Harry Reid? Oh, and by all means, do not leave out Barney Frank. Could he possibly have "Sand"? Tim Geitner? Any "Sand" there? Oh, and Mr. "slip of the tongue" himself, Joe Biden. Joe, you got "Sand" or would you be poopin' in your britches while tryin' to climb a brick wall? You tell me Joe. There is one thing that I am 100% sure of...............virtually all politicians will tell you, that in the situation mentioned above, they'd be just like the bum. They'd have "Sand". You know why? Well, they know or feel that their pampered lil' rear ends will never be in that position. C'mon folks! You gotta start looking at the election process correctly. Listen to what they are sayin' AND WHAT THEY ARE NOT SAYING! We need men and women with "SAND", grit, backbone, stamina, guts, and integrity. We do not need these "smooth" talkin' and cowardly politicians, attorneys, and corrupt backers in OUR American Government. No sir, not our representatives. Get 'em out! Get 'em out now! It's an old sayin', but folks, it is the first day of the rest of OUR AMERICA'S future. Act now, okay?

There are my opinions for today and I never, not in my wildest dreams, ever thought I'd say this, but................................we might need to elect a few "BUMS", don't ya see?
