It was right out in the open! There were many witnesses! There were pictures and videos! So, why on earth did this "open and shut" case take two long years to go to trial? Guys, I'm talking about Kenneth Gladney, who was beaten by Obama's SEIU thugs! Yeah, I said "Obama's"! I call 'em like I see 'em and I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Obama actually condones this and wishes it would happen even more! Oh, by the way, that's what you call, "beyond a reasonable doubt" reasoning.
I'll tell ya one thing for sure! If I had beaten a Black Panther or SEIU thug (boy I'd love to do that), like ol' Ken was beaten, I'd be in jail just minutes after the incident! My trial would take place in a matter of days and I would be convicted and probably sentenced to twenty years. Yeah, I'd be rotting in jail as we speak. Backwards! It's all backwards! Obama, Andy Stern, Bill Ayers and all his communist pals have to be laughin' behind closed doors!
Our justice system, under Obama and his hired goons has gone a muck! It is bogged down in socialism! Casey Anthony is as guilty as Charles Manson! So is O.J.! Right here in Tyler, Texas, we just had two murderers released. They shot an elderly man right in the back of the head while he was watching TV in his own home. It was a so-called "mistaken drive-by shooting". There were witnesses to this shooting and the punks walk! Amazing! These cases aren't justice. They are a strong statement against justice!
Hey, and shame on the juries in these cases! Conviction is based on "reasonable doubt", not absolute evidence! If we loosed "reasonable doubt", then we loose our entire justice system! Of course, this is part of the progressive's plan, to REVERSE everything in America! Irresponsibility replaces God, athletes and victims replace heroes, workers hide behind unions, minority replaces majority, folks who supply jobs are bad and government is good, men are becoming women and women are becoming men, children are put on pedestals instead of being raised, animals are treated like humans, animals in many cases have more rights than humans, minnows are stopping farming and I could go on all day, but you get the just of this. Or you should!
"Well, I can't wait 'til 2012." How many times have we heard this? Like some hero on a white horse is going to ride in and get our original America back virtually over night. Ain't gonna happen folks! If you believe it will, then boy do I have some China made koolaid that I want to sell you! You are sellin' yourself short! This is a "people" thing and it is going to take a bunch of "people" focused on the same thing to change it!
