OBAMACARE IS INVALID IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!

"I WILL RULE, EITHER
BY LAWYERS AND LAWS
OR BY MY CIVILIAN ARMY
OF MY MUSLIM BROTHERS!"
BARRACK HUSSEIN OBAMA
"First, as I always do, let me say, that I am proud, that I pray to and worship our Judea/Christian, God Almighty. Second, I am very proud to be an American, who loves all his family and all his fellow patriots. And last, I will defend the original Constitutional rights and lives of those patriots to the best of my ability and, if time and resources permit will even defend others, who will be shocked to learn, that what they once believed in, was false”. -- JOHN L SULAK

Yes sir, you read the title of this article correctly, and if Texas Representative, Leo Berman of Tyler, Texas, gets his way that’s exactly the way the law will read! In fact, there will even be penalties of $5,000 and/or 5 years in the joint, to anyone who tries to enforce Obamacare, or as some would call it, “IMPOSTOR-CARE”!

Yep, ol’ Leo decided it was time he got off his duff and start fighting for the REGULAR folks. You know us peons who carry the votes. Anyway, his bill, which has been pre-filed, before the Texas Legislature, speaks as if the fella means business. Here is what it
 states:

“The federal Act (Obamacare): is invalid in this state; is not recognized by this state; is specifically rejected by this state; and is null and void and of no effect in this state.” In addition it states, "a person who is an official, agent, or employee of the United States or an employee of a corporation providing services to the United States commits an offense if the person enforces or attempts to enforce an act, order, law, statute, rule, or regulation of the United States in violation of this chapter." Moreover, it goes on to state: "assumption of power by the federal government in enacting the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590; Pub. L. No. 111-148) as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (H.R. 4872; Pub. L. No. 111-152) interferes with the right of the people of this state to regulate health care as they determine is appropriate, and makes a mockery of James Madison's assurance in Federalist Paper Number 45 that the powers delegated to the federal government are 'few and defined' while those that remain in the state governments are 'numerous and indefinite.'"

Resting on their laurels is a thing of the past for our representatives in DC. They either start getting with the program, like ol’ Leo is trying to do or we vote them out of office! The smart ones already know that there ain’t no middle road. They are either IN or they are OUT! We proved that to the Demoncrats on this last, “what goes around comes around”, election and we ain’t afraid to do it to Rinos too.

So, all you potential “Leos” out there had better start re-thinkin’ and re-toolin’ your elitist status and get on down here back to earth, ‘cause we gonna get ya one way or the other. Uh huh, yes we will!

“Remember, be proud of, and promote, your beliefs! Be proud you're an American and promote that with pride! Be proud of your families and your fellow patriots and promote that with pride! And last, take some kind of real action and pray “everyday” for God to lead you correctly! Believe me.....this will lead to success.” -- JLS
