2.   NO, IT AIN’T GOIN’ AWAY PUNK!  What makes this case different than most of the other cases is who the case is being heard in front of.  Roy Moore, was re-elected as the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.  Moore is very much a constitutional attorney and judge and has not fallen to the liberal misinterpretations of the Constitution that so many other judges have succumbed to.  It is no secret that Moore has made previous statements that indicate his doubt of Obama’s eligibility.

3.   THE GREAT OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IN ACTION!  No one at the Sevier County school board office would do an on-camera interview, but they did tell us no homeschooled children are allowed to attend graduation.  "She got to go to prom," said Lori Mahaffey. "Why can't she graduate? What's the big deal? It's not costing Sevier County any money. We already have a gown. We already have a cap. We already have the 2013 tassel. What's the big deal? There is none."

4.   ONLY 4?  WAIT ‘TIL THEY TRY TO TAKE OVER AMERICA!  Four U.N. peacekeepers monitoring the cease-fire between Syria and the Golan Heights have been detained by unknown captors, a U.N. spokeswoman said. But a rebel group called the Yarmouk Martyrs Brigades claimed it is holding them.  Read more:

5.   THE LIL’ PUNK IN CHARGE DOIN’ SOME CRAWFISHIN’!  A federal district judge in Texas last month ruled that the law requires agents to arrest all illegal immigrants they find, but he delayed implementing the ruling because he said it’s not clear that a court is the right place to decide the matter. He asked them both to file briefs exploring whether the issue should have been decided at the collective bargaining table instead. Read more:
