It's a flag, but not just any ol' flag! It's the American Flag! It is The United States of America Flag! It's not a Muslim flag! It's not a Communist flag! It's not a Progressive flag! It's not a new world order flag or a United Nations flag! And it's certainly not an Obama flag or a George Soros flag!
Soldiers have died for this flag, and not just a few, but thousands upon thousands. There bloody hands reached for this flag! There bullet laden bodies protected this flag! These soldiers lived under the Code of the Flag! They RESPECTED the proper way to treat the flag and display it. Today, many soldiers and service men and women, who have not yet had to physically defended the flag still understand it's great importance. They know the history of it. They know the sacrifices made for it.
Many patriotic individuals and groups understand what our armed forces understood about the flag. Although they may not have fought for our country directly, they still are willing to take the abuse from those who would disgrace or dishonor our flag. Each of us, in our own way, are carrying on the fight for our flag and the country it represents.
The flag should not be used for anything other than our flag. To actually make clothing, pictures, videos, toys or any other items without displaying our flag in it's complete proper form is a disgrace to all those bloody hands and bullet riddled bodies and souls! Furthermore, to actually SELL these items in order to profit from them is no less than SPITTING on the graves of those thousands upon thousands of soldiers who died for THE FLAG! If you fall in this category, please dissociate yourself with me immediately.
