T J said, "To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it." --Thomas Jefferson
You know Ol' Tommy Jefferson was one sharp cookie. He had a lot on th' ball. Darn, I sure wish he was here today. Can you imagine that for a minute, to have all his integrity and wisdom in DC today? Wow! Now let me ask you something. You ever dream? Especially you young folks, you ever dream about being a great business man or business woman? Ever think about your future? Ever think about what you want to be in life? Where you want to go? What you want to see? How you want to feel? Be honest now, you know full well that you do! Do you ever think that all or anyone of those dreams could vanish? Probably not, huh? Yeah, me neither. When I was young, I never let those thoughts enter my head. I had my dreams and I just wanted to hurry up and complete as many as I could before I became to old to do 'em. I think, just about every young man or woman thinks that way. And, if you're RESPONSIBLE, I know you hate that word, but please remember it, 'cause you're gonna need it to complete, even just one of, your dreams. Yeah, you do. Really! Now don't get me wrong, being irresponsible sometimes, and you will, or already have, will give you some experience, but it will never ever get you your dreams completed. Sorry, but that's gonna take some big ol' helpin's of RESPONSIBILITY! Yep. You might as well choke it down and swallow hard 'cause you gotta have it, unless your dreams involve being on Welfare for the rest of your life! You know, real lousy housing, skimpy food, no movies or vacations, just you and four lonely walls.
Hey, I'm th' last guy that's gonna tell ya what in th' heck to do. I'm just sayin' that you gotta choice. You know, somethin' you can decide for yourself. Somethin' that you don't need a dang parent, teacher, counselor, preacher, priest, or nobody to decide for you. Naw sir, it's all yours! I don't know how old you are now, but if you're around seventeen or eighteen, then, I ain't tellin', I'm just passin' it along, but you might wanna start decidin' whatcha want to do with this "choice" of yours. I know my first choice was a job. No big thing. Just minimum wage and all, but I did go to college at night and pay for it myself 'cause we were poor, but it was the first step I CHOSE. Your first step might be college, or maybe work, or travel from town to town doing odd jobs, or joinin' the Peace Corps, or starting a business, or inventin' something, or selling on EBay, or just givin' up completely. It's okay. Yeah, you can do any of this stuff. Really. It's your choice! Once you decide, don't let nobody take it away from you. Oh heck, I'm not sayin' don't listen to a few folks, especially th' ones that been there and done that, shoot that's the best way to get "built in" experience. I'm just sayin' you will know when it's time to make your choice and then do it and go after it. It belongs to you.
I got to close with this thing out of Plano , Texas . Has th' world gone completely mad? This school's leaders are deciding that, if a kid gets caught cheating, they get to do a "do-over". Yeah, they get to take a test over again. Oh, and also, no more home work. I've gotta say that if I was in school today, of course, knowing what I do now, I'd be furious with my teachers for letting me down. That's right, you, as a teacher, would be letting me, as a student, DOWN! Shame on ya! You know, I'm a business man, and I've always said that when a business starts making things easier on the business and harder on the customer, then you'd be on the road to failure. Well, that school is making it easier on the teachers. Break it down: The teachers have to grade homework. Whoops! That's gone! The teachers have to confront cheaters. Whoops! That's gone too! So what's th' student get outta this? RESPONSIBILITY? No! Tough love? No! Learning to "slack"? Definitely! And whose to blame? POLITICIANS! Remember that! Ultimately, these "social changes" come down to POLITICIANS! Watch th' hand that's not movin' around! Okay?

"I am very proud, that I pray to and worship our Judea/Christian, God Almighty. I am very proud to be an American, who loves all his family and all his fellow patriots. I will defend the original Constitutional. I will defend the rights and lives of patriots to the best of my ability and, if time and resources permit will even defend other Americans, who may fail to believe as I do, but I will never defend a quran practicing muslim. They are my ENEMY! Remember, be proud of, and promote, your beliefs! Be proud you're an American and promote that with pride! Be proud of your families and your fellow patriots and promote that with pride! And last, take some kind of real action and pray “everyday” for God to lead you correctly! Believe me.....this will lead to success.”” -- JOHN L SULAK ...and there you have some more opinions from me, Th' Dumb Ol' East Texas Boy. Take care out there, okay. IN GOD WE DO TRUST!
