VOTE YOUR KNOWLEDGE, NOT YOUR HEART.

Okay, I'm going to get into this religion thing again, so y'all don't beat me up too bad, okay?

I recently received a note from a good friend.  She had just gotten back from New York city.  While there she was looking into the Ground Zero mosque obamanation and met many, many, older Jewish citizens.  They began to talk about the mosque, Obama, and politics.  The subject of, why Jews almost always vote Democratic, was brought up.  What my friend discovered was interesting.  Here is her note, which will shed some light on what she came away with.

"Now I'm beginning to "get it." American Jews vote Democrat because their American friends (or not) attempt to bring their Jewish friends to Jesus. It makes more sense than the explanation I usually get: American Jews vote Democrat because "American Jews have ALWAYS voted Democrat and ALWAYS will." That's not much of an answer considering today's ever-present Islamic threat to annihilate Israel. Most of us could, rather quickly, get-over an old and harmful habit, when faced with extinction, but perhaps it is just easier to spite Christian "persecution" and pull the lever for a Democrat.

After a long, long time digesting this, I'm wondering if it is actually possible, in this day and time, that American Jews are simply frustrated at, or angry about, Christians attempting to convert them? And so they vote Democrat?"

All though many were involved in the discussion, after many hours of talking, this is what they suggested to her by the majority.  I certainly hope, that is not the case and maybe some of my Jewish friends can help me out on this.  Personally, I do not want to convert anyone, who is already involved with and believes in our, one, true Judeo/Christian God Almighty.  I am not worried about you, in the least.  It is the lost souls like muslims, islams, atheists, agnostics, communists, most celebrities, etc., that concern me.  They are the ones who need conversion.  Oh, and other than I won't vote for any of those bad groups mentioned above, the truth, and not my personal feelings, will guide my political judgements.  It would be very misguided, to do otherwise.
