Well, Roger Barnett was found not guilty of all charges, HOWEVER, and this is a huge however, he was FORCED to pay four of the "law breakers" $73,000 for assault and emotional distress. Let's see, he's found not guilty, but he still has to pay. That's kinda like getting stopped 'cause an officer thought you were speeding, then realizes you weren't speeding, but won't let you go until you pay the fine. In Texas, we call that, "A Hold-Up!" Our justice system is so screwed up, it ain't funny!
Of course, Roger didn't suffer any assault or emotional distress. Naw, he just has to stand guard on his own freakin' property, like he's in a WAR ZONE, hoping he can protect his cattle, goods, supplies and equipment. Oh, and everyday and night hoping one of the Mexicans or Muslims don't put a slug or a blade into him or his family. You try living in those conditions, all alone and then your government slaps you with a whopping $73,000 bill for doing nothing to help you. Folks, Obama's version of America stinks!
