"This is my land. I´m the victim here," Mr. Barnett said. "When someone´s home and loved ones are in jeopardy and the government seemingly can´t do anything about it, I feel justified in taking matters into my own hands. And I always watch my back."
This illegal immigration (law breaking) baloney has got to stop. They are still come over by the hundreds and we're broke! It's kinda like taking a dump and someone steals all your toilet paper. You're stuck with the crap! Oh, get over it! I'm mad today.
Here is this rancher, minding his own business, when 16 LAW BREAKERS invade his private property, which is clearly marked and posted. He confronts them, at gunpoint and turns them over to border patrol, like he's done for years, to protect what's rightfully and lawfully his. You'd think, that would be "end of story", wouldn't you? You'd be wrong! They take him to court, jury awards $72,000 to six of the sixteen. Yep! Right here in The USA! Amazing, but, with this administration, not surprising!

Hey hold on! There's more! "Arizona’s illegal immigrant population is costing the state’s taxpayers even more than once thought -- a whopping $2.7 billion in 2009, according to researchers at the public interest group that helped write the state's new immigration law." -- Foxnews -- http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/05/17/immigration-costs-rising-rapidlty-new-study-says/
John, this really sucks! What did he do wrong? He confronted Illegal Alien Trespassers on his own land, and held them for the proper authorities. Nothing wrong with that! They were breaking the Law, not him! I hope this is appealed and goes all the way to the Supreme court...show the country what the courts are really made of and maybe they will finally wake the Hell up and start taking notice of the country crumbling down around them!
ReplyDeleteBang Bang, Dig Dig, Shhhhhh
ReplyDeleteJim - last I heard, he was aquitted on all charges, but the jury awarded 6 of the wetbacks $72,000 for pain and suffering. This was paid by the state. This PC baloney needs to stop!
ReplyDeleteMarc - a whole lot folks said he probably would have been better off and Arizona much safer, if he'd done just that.
