Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday appointed Christiana Figueres of Costa Rica as the new U.N. climate chief. She is an expert on climate negotiations and the daughter of the country's former president.Does this mean, that she will be the one, who sets the temperature for The United Nations Building? I can hear her now, "Hey Ban Ki, that feel okay?" Must be a tough job though, I mean, Climate Chief? I guess there are probably, at least, a hundred thermostats in that building. She might want to get a pair of roller skates on them real hot days. Maybe Al Gore could help out? 'Course he's got enough thermostats of his own, to manage. Hey, but I betcha Pepe or Hashim takes care of that, huh? Naw, Al wouldn't hire no illegal aliens, would he? Here is more on this incredible story:
